Vincom Landmark 81 building, costing 300 million US dollars, was invested by Tan Lien Phat Company Limited (Vingroup). The skyscraper with 81 floors, including 3 basements, with a height of 461.3 m and a total floor area of 141.000 m2. Vincom Landmark 81 is the highest skyscraper in Vietnam and the second-highest building in Southeast Asia. It was the 14th highest buildings in the world when it was completed in July 2018, after 1000 day construction process.
